Open placement is a unique feature created by EasyPlace adoption center. This allows you as the Originating parent (the one putting the baby up for adoption) to recieve updates on your baby after you have adopted it to someone else. You will need to specify this on your registration form. You will exchange emails with the adoptive parent and you can email them to see how your baby is doing. Contact is the responsiblity of both parties.
