| Annie's "sister" is Buffy. She was born early October, 2003. Her mama was a purebred ChowChow, we don't know what the sire was. My folks were in a parking lot and she was being given away out of the back of a pick-up truck with her 2 brothers. Though I've never had a Chow or any other Nordic-type breed before from what I have read she takes strongly after her mama's side. She isn't fond of anyone outside the family, is fiercely independant and cat-like and has more personality than any dog I've ever been around. She will take anything she can get her mouth on and bring it to you or play keep-away just for attention and if you still ignore her she will bark at you until you say hi. The most recent picture is the top left one, the other 2 were taken in early December when we got her. Also she got the name "Buffy" because the only word she would respond to when we first got her was "Puppy" and since "Buffy rhymed and we couldn't really call her "Puppy"... Buffy it was. She also has kept the spotted tongue. |
