Hello all!

Time for another fun show! There are tons of classes and absolutely no limit on the amount of photos you can enter. Here's the rules and fees and such:

Fees : 1-30 pics $3
         31-60 pics $4
         61- unlimited $5

Fees payable in cash, money order or checks made payable to Tiffany Piltz.I'm not set up for Paypal or online entries, sorry.

Photos should be regular photo size, it's a bit easier on the sorting if most everything is uniform in size. Computer printed pictures are Ok as long as they are nice. Just make sure that the resolution is good enough to see your models clearly. If we can't see any detail we can't place your model very well. Blurry, fuzzy, overinked, tiny little pictures just can't do well when compared with clear crisp photos.

Halter : One pic per horse per class
Performance : One pic per horse per event. So if you have 3 different Other English events but only one horse performing all 3 that's fine, just as long as each event is it's own picture. (Please state on the back what the performance is)

No halters required in halter division, though proper tack is required in performance. Dolls/handlers optional in all classes except Liberty With Handler. Oh and if you have a performance entry that is cow related (calf roping or something) the cow is required. Jumps required in jumping classes too.

Photo backs should specify the horse's name, breed, age, gender and also if the model is OF or CM. (Classes may be split if entries warrant... they could also be combined if there aren't enough entries for certain classes)... Also on the photo back should be the owner's name and address. Email address on the back is helpful but not required. Oh, and if the model is a unique color it would be wonderful if that was listed as well... Saves me trying to guess and possibly guessing wrong!

All makes and models welcome! Fantasy and realistic, unusual breeds and common ones, foals and adults... And this show isn't even limited to horses... You'll find a handful of classes for other models such as cattle and dogs, as well as classes for real animals.

Oh and please label your pics in numerical order, if your pics are labeled out of order I can't promise you they'll be in all of their classes. The only classes you don't have to put on your pics are the last group, the "all entered" category. Actually, please
don't label for that last group, it starts getting confusing.

Now for the little details : All entries must be received by October 9th. The judging will begin promptly after the mail arrives that day. If an entry is late they will be added into any classes not yet judged but I can't re-do any classes to accomodate late entries. After I finish judging the pictures will be sent on to the other judge and she will mail them home when she's done. Due to this we can't give an exact date of show-end... But we will make every effort to judge as quickly as we can and get your entries home.

For this show I'm going to try something a little different for return postage. We are planning on using the Flat-Rate Priority envelopes and Priority drop box for as many entries as possible. If your entry doesn't fit or you win the models then obviously we will use other means for your return. SO what I'm doing is this: you send $4 in either cash or postage stamps. We will use that to cover the postage on the Flat-Rates. If shipping is more than $4 we'll cover it out of pocket. If it's less for any reason we'll send the difference back to you.

If your email isn't on your picture backs please give us your email address in a note or something . We prefer to send email results to save on postage... It's also helpful so we can keep in touch if something happens to delay the show. Again, this doesn't need to be on your pictures, just write or email  to let one of us know your pictures are coming or something. If you would like paper results, just let us know! Paper results will increase postage though, keep that in mind.

Prizes are undetermined at this point... depending on entries there could be as big a prize as a traditional Breyer... Smaller entries will cause smaller prizes... We like to be able to give everyone something as a thank you for entering. Oh and if you would like to make a prize donation it would be greatly appreciated and you will get your name mentioned in the results... If you have an upcoming photo show and would like to enclose a classlist we'd be happy to send copies with the entries when we send them home. It would be easiest if you'd enclose multiple copies but if there aren't enough for all people entered we can make a few extras.

Thanks for reading and here's hoping for a big turnout!
