CINEMA
I would not call myself a fanatic of the big screen but I do enjoy it very much and prefer it to other conventional ways of entertainment. I like to stay in touch with every recent Hollywood production and usually spend long hours during the summer to catch up with all the movies that I had missed that year. I don't have any particular preference with the movie geneder, but I am not a big fan of scarry movies. I have always believed that this is because of my vivid imagination, allowing every scary movie have an adverse effect on my thoughts and dreams. Over the years I have been blamed for my very broad and simple Grussian (Greek-Russian) sense of humour, but that is something that I am proud of. I am not that kind of person that would not watch a certain movie just because it is stupid, and I believe that I can tell when a movie is good or not, but I like to laugh at anything. Some of my all time favourite movies are: Lost in translation, Groundhog day (generally all Bill Murray movies), Coming to America, Trading places, The three amigos, Naked gun (all three of them), The mighty Ducks (all three of them), all other hockey movies (eg: Mystery Alaska, Miracle), Terminator 2, Donnie Darko, plus many, many more, which I cannot really remember right
now.
