This must be voted upon by all members of the leadership (Rank 0-1) within a week of the rule presentation to all of the leaders. It is the responsibility of the leader that the petition was presented to notify the other leaders for vote. Each leader’s vote counts as one vote for this ruling. A majority vote will make the petition become law. Currently this would require 3 of the 4 votes. The vote count (favor/against/abstain) and the petition will be announced to the guild once it is completed.
At times, Guild Leaders, may vote to present a petition to the guild membership. This puts the petition to vote by ALL members of the guild. Members shall be entitled to the weighted vote according to their rank in the guild, as listed above. The Guild Master has the right to veto any decision made by the ruling council. Iif this happens, a vote by the full membership on the matter is then held using the weighted voting scale. Vetos should only be used if the Guild Master feels it is in the guilds best interest to do so.
