| Chris and Darren have been working together for the past three years performing acoustically as The Acoustic Experience around the Chicagoland area. With the release of their debut album Welcome to Malden they plan to begin performing and touring with a full band as well, Dr. Groovinstein doing their originals and creative interpretations of classic covers. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Darren Locasto has been singing for over 25 years beginning in church at the age of five. He too has worked with many different groups for the past 15 years. Darren takes influence from the Motown sound, The Beatles, R&B, and Soul. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Chris Sulcer has been involved in music since age four when he took up playing the drums. At age ten he began playing guitar. He has been playing guitar, bass, and singing with different bands for over 15 years. His playing style is diverse, taking influence from artists such as Kiss, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and John Mellencamp to name a few. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
