Samuel Busey 1709-

Because the records were LOST when Rowan County Court House was destroyed by fire, we know only that one of the two grandson's of Paul Busey, both named Samuel, was the father of Matthew Busey. No proof has been established to determine which Samuel Busey of Maryland  migrated to Rowan Co., NC.  If the Samuel of NC was the father, as believed, of John, Sarah, Charles and Matthew of Rowan County, then he would have been the approximate age of Samuel b 1707 - son of Paul OR of Samuel b 1709 son of Charles.
