My Completed Projects
Here are some pictures and descriptions of
projects I have completed.
This is my first quilt! I took a beginner class in Sept. 2000. Single Irish Chain with hearts hand quilted in the
center blocks.
I made this Trip Around the World quilt for a baby gift.  I used bright, whimsical fabrics and did a stitch-in-the ditch.  February 2001
I made this quilt with a pattern called "Yellow Brick Road".  Very quick to piece together.  It was for Ryan Riley Wilson, my best friends first grandbaby.  I couldn't get my printer to work on the fabric label so did this one freehand from a saying in a label book.  May 2001
I made this wallhanging with my sewing friends.   We each made one but in colors & fabrics to match our own homes.   One was bright, one was primitive and mine was country.
Sew much fun!
May 2001
My sister gave me the pattern for this wall hanging.  I wanted to make it for the 4th of July but didn't get around to it.  When we experienced the tragedy of September 11th, I decided to make it in honor of the victims of this tragedy.  Like many of us, I felt very helpless and needed to do something in memory of all our fallen Americans.
October 2001
That's me!!  I participated in an on-line swap for 2 1/2" strips and I decided to make a log cabin with mine.  I wanted a very scrappy looking quilt and only had to buy a few light colored fabrics for variety.
