I was inspired by my college putting on 'The Laramie Project' this year (2003). The play is the story of the aftermath of Laramie, Wyoming where young college student, Matthew Shepard was killed for being gay. Six years ago this December 12, I would like to recognize a nineteen-year-old who lost his life because he was part of my culture. As a fellow freak, please take the time to not only show your support for me, but for an innocent victim killed in Amarillo, Texas.
