Biography/History:
Our ministry began approx. 10 years ago when we got together one
Sunday afternoon after church for a family get together. Dad started
singing a song. My brother joined in on the tenor and it sounded
pretty good. Dad then told me to sing the lead and he came in on
the baritone. The harmony was very tight. We sang in church a few
times with good response. Not long afterwards we started doing a
few bookings each year outside our home church. We did this for the
next 6 years mostly as a hobby. We loved it. From my dad being in
The Lamplighters Quartet when we were young, my brother and I had
been on their bus every weekend for 7 years. Gospel music was practically
in our blood. But we were not as serious about the ministry aspect
of our singing as we should have been. In 1998 my son Ben contracted
a sometimes fatal disease. Through the circumstances of him being
very sick and getting better I realized that the Lord was calling
me to further our ministry. Since this time the Lord has truly blessed
our ministry. We have seen Him touch hearts and lives through our
singing.
