Info: Before Kari joined the group, TK was the youngest of the DD's and he was also the resident cry baby of the group. This is because he was so young, he was afraid and Matt had to be to look out for him. His partner is Patamon and the two of them love playing together, despite the fact that Patamon couldn't digivolve like the others. TK didn't play much of a role at the beginning as he kept on getting in the way, but there was one part in which he was vital.

He and Patamon wound up in the primary village where all Digimon were born. Elecmon, the guardian for the babies challenged Patamon to a fight for he thought he and TK were trying to hurt them. TK being the violent hater, decided to go with a simple Tug O' War, which Patamon won. In the fight with Devimon, TK was the first one to be chosen to be destroyed but Patamon finally Digivolved to Angemon much to TK's surprise of course. Devimon was defeated and Angemon reverted back to his Digiegg state. This event would remain in TK's memory and was the key memory when he came to how much he hated evil(see Zero Two TK Bio for that).

Patamon did eventually come back, but not before an event that tested TK's friendship. TK felt bad after Tai left because he felt that everyone had left him due to his nature of crying like a baby and DemiDevimon pushed that along to the point where he and Tokomon(at the time) split up, but luckily Tai was around to get them back together and Patamon returned to defeat DemiDevimon.

Of course, the argument bit came back in the real world as TK thought that Patamon was making fun of him, but Matt reasured him that his partner would never do a thing like that. TK wound up looking over the place for his little buddy, yet Myotismon showed up to attack. Patamon sensed TK was in trouble when various lights shattered on top of buildings and it was this that caused Patamon to Digivolve into Angemon for the second time. TK and Patamon did make their peace and never argued after that. It was also at this time that TK had become less of a crybaby and more of a vital role in the grand scheme of things and was even depending on himself to get himself out of tough scrapes.

Such as having Patamon become Angemon as a last ditch effort to defeat Myotismon and teaming up with Kari to fight VemonMyotismon and because of his love for his brother, MetalGarurumon was born. But TK's biggest problem that he had to get himself out of was with Puppetmon.

TK had been kured to Puppetmon's mansion due to the fact that he was the youngest. There, they played a game that involved hide and seek, only if Puppetmon found him, TK would get it(in the original Puppetmon used a gun, but was removed for the dub) but TK mentioned that he was having no fun and that Puppetmon had no real friends to play with. This turned out to be the Dark Master's weakness and TK was able to ruin his game and save the others all on his own.

Near the end of Adventure in the battle against Piedmon, TK, Patamon and Kari were the only ones left and TK decided to brave for Kari's sake, led them to the outside of Piedmon's castle and up a strange rope inside a casket which someone left behind. It was here that TK was filled wih the hope that they could defeat the last Dark Master and with some help from Matt, his crest glowed and Patamon was finally able to become his ultimate form of MagnaAngemon and that proved to be the winning strategt as it turned the tide in battle.

Before saying goodbye, both TK and Patamon cried their hearts out over not seeing each other anymore, and they both realized they were crying for no particular reason, which was quite funny to see that.
