| Destiny Stones The Destiny Stones, seven in all keep the Digital World in balance, yet what most do not know is that these stones also seal the 4 Harmonious Ones away and should they be destroyed, they would at last be free again. It was Mummymon who first mentioned about the Destiny Stones for he had known about and thought that it would be a good idea to bring the Digital World to its knees. The first stone was attacked by Knightmon, another unliving Digimon but when the seal was broken, it caused BlackWarGreymon to feel intense pain and he returned and destroyed both Knightmon and the stone. It came clear to BlackWarGreymon that his destiny, according to him was to destroy the rest of the stones and when he destroyed the second stone, he was able to use its power to travel to the real world and he brought various other Digimon with him. He and his followers took a stroll through Kyoto and most people didn't see them, yet Yolei did and she had to know why he was here. Eventually, he would return to the Digital World and continue his mission.... ....which was to continue destroying stones. Yet this time, when he destroyed the third stone, the image of a Digimon appeared before him, crying out in pain. No one didn't know that this was in fact Azulongmon, one of the Harmonoius Ones and it was also he who led BlackWarGreymon to the other stones for the Mega wanted to fight him for he saw Azulongmon as his ultimate opponent, and this goal wouldn't stop him. The fourth stone was defended by the DigiDestined who still weren't able to match the power of BlackWarGreymon, yet somehow Angemon was able to use it to become MagnaAngemon due to the stone's power and he almost defeated BlackWarGreymon, yet was still no match for him. The DigiDestined hid the next stone under a big pile of snow, yet BlackWarGreymon was able to sense the stones no matter where they were hiding and each time he destroyed one, his lust for fighting his ultimate opponent grew stronger and stronger. The sixth stone was located underwater and the DigiDestined had hoped that their onslaught would be enough to save the day, yet he still proved to be too powerful as he even displayed a scene from Moses by spliting apart the water to reach the stone. Cody stood in his way and he couldn't let himself hurt him, but he would destroy the stone. The final stone was located in a big pond which was soup made by Digitamamon. Mummymon wanted some more, and he stumbled upon the stone and even removed its seal without breaking it, leaving it an open target for BlackWarGreymon, yet the DigiDestined performed a miracle by using their D3's to move the stone, yet it caused Azulongmon to be free, thus the threat of the destruction of the Destiny Stones was over. |
