| Episode Guide - 1-10 1. Enter Flamedramon It's been three years since the events of Digimon Adventure and now a new enemy has appeared, and this one is a human no less, who calls himself the Digimon Emperor. Agumon calls Tai to come and help and is soon followed by his sister Kari, TK and a new team of DigiDestined chosen to save the Digital World from the new threat to it, yet what is the secret behind the mysterious armor digivolving? 2. The Digiteam Complete With the Digiport now open, the rest of the new DigiDestined along with several of the older kids, travel to the Digital World in order to find their partners. Yet the Digimon Emperor has his sights set on them and is going to give them a welcome they won't soon forget. Yolei and Cody manage to find their partners and DigiEggs and with them, manage to free several Digimon from the Emperor's Control Rings, yet the battle has only just begun.... 3. A New Digitude The new kids discover more DigiEggs on their next trip to the Digital World, yet don't know who they belong to. The Emperor then attacks them with a group of Tyrannomon and the new kids have to fend them off. TK and Kari, unable to do anything, go with Cody to find the source of the DigiEggs, yet it turns out that the eggs are meant for TK and Kari, whose digivices get an upgrade to the new model the new kids have. Patamon and Gatomon are now able to Armor Digivolve as well and help ssave their friends from the Emperor. 4. Iron Vegiemon The Digimon Emperor has captured a small village where Gabumon is now living, yet he manages to escape and is able to contact Matt for help. He and the new team return to the Digital World, where they learn that the Emperor has set up these Control Spires which control the Dark Rings on the various Digimon. Another battle ensues with Gabumon able to digivolve to Garurumon when Flamedramon knocks a RedVegiemon into the Control Spire causing it to crack. The team now know that it's the spires that are stopping digivolving. 5. Old Reliable Up in the frozen areas of the Digital World, the Emperor is making the Gizamon work hard to build him a prison where he can house more of his slaves. Gomamon tries to stop this, but is badly beaten by the Gizamon. Joe is worried about his partner, so the DD's invite to the frozen areas to see his old friend once again. There, they get attacked by Frigimon while being pulled by their Digimon as a means of dog-sledding, when Cody falls into the icy river and nearly drowns. Joe watches him and encourages to do what he has to do to help his friends. 6. Family Picnic Mimi has returned to Tokyo for a small vacation from America and gets to see TK and Kari again after such a long time. She gets invited to join them and the others in the Digital World for a picnic as they wish to take some time off from battling the Emperor. Yet, when Mimi and Yolei get separated from the others and wind up in the Night Forest, where Mimi and Palmon get to meet each other once again. The Emperor has seen them and sends the Roachmon brothers to deal with them, yet Mimi and Yolei are able to trick them into destroying another Control Spire by shining some light on the situation. 7. Guardian Angel During a battle to save a Digital City from the Emperor, Kari and Gatomon don't make it back to the real worl and end up stranded. Davis and TK despite their arguments over Kari both go back to rescue her. They find her, but wind up facing an old friend who is now their enemy....Andromon who is under the Emperor's control. He then attacks Kari, but she tries to get to think about his memories from the past. Tai joins in and helps Andromon to remmeber what they all went through in the past and it is enough to free him. 8. Ken's Secret During a soccer game in which Davis was dominating, Ken arrives to play on his team, and wipes out the competiton with his superior skills, yet Davis gives him a cut on his leg after trying to prevent him from scoring another goal. Later, the DD's go to the Digital World, to stop the Emperor yet they fall into his trap and Davis is forced to endure some tortur, before realizing that it was a trap for him as well, yet after saving the day, he notices that the Emperor has a cut on his leg, just like the one he gave Ken earlier and the Emperor reveals that he is in fact....Ken. 9. The Emperor's New Home Now that Ken's identity was revealed, he decided to stay in the Digital World for good and continued to conquer it. Yet he needed some more power to make his control even more powerful thus he kidnapped Greymon and placed him under his control and attempts to make him digivolve into MetalGreymon, yet he becomes SkullGreymon instead and goes on a wild destruction spree something that the kids were unable to stop, until SkullGreymon' energy ran down, causing him to revert back to Agumon and the Emperor kidnaps him again. 10. The Captive Digimon Ken uses Agumon in experiments to make him digivolve to MetalGreymon, yet he continues to become SkullGreymon. Wormmon, then free Agumon for he was jealous of the attention Ken was giving him, yet Agumon was turned into a mind slave again with the improved Dark Spirals, causing to beome MetalGreymon, but this time an evil version of him. Tai can't keep his emotions in check, but thanks to Matt punching him, he regains his composure and thus the group sets out to fight their friend. |
