| Story: Shortly after Dr. Wily's first to Failing attempts to take over the world he is at it agian. This time though he would "join forces" with Dr. Light. Of course though this was just a big scam. Well this time Wily has created eight Robot Masters again that Megaman must destroy. But this time Megaman has a new Slide Technique that he has learned and also has his new favorite dog Rush to help in on his Adventure. Finally, Megaman gets more fighting power. |

| Rush Coil- Rush's back becomes a spring allowing Megaman to jump on and reach higher places. |
| Rush Marine- This Technique needs to be used by water. When used Rush becomes a Sub-Marine for Megaman to hop in and travel across the water. When B is pressed Rush shoots out a blast. |
| Rush Jet- This Technique lets Rush turn in a ride-able jet that helps Megaman get past large gaps. |

| Seach Snake- When fired, it shoots out a small snake that travels across the ground and goes up opposing walls. |
| Needle Cannon- This weapon shoots a needle when fired. You can rapidly shoot this weapon to shoot many needles at a time. |
| Hard Knuckle- Hard Knuckle shoots out a metal fist that slowy moves across the screen. |
| Top Spin- When used, Megaman sticks out his hands spiral hook-like and spins harming a near by opponet. |
| Gemini Laser- This weapon fires a slow small but deadly laser arcoss the screen and bounces Diagonally the opposite off walls and stays on the screen for a short time. |
| Magnet Missile- Magnet Missile is a cool weapon. When it is fired, it shoots out a Magnet that is anchored towards the opponet and explodes on the impact of what it touches. |
| Shadow Blade- This weapon shoots out a four-pointed Star at the fired location and shortly Bommerangs back to Megaman. |
