| Story: I'm not to sure how this story goes on this game. But from what i've heard the technician, Middy from Dr. Cain's lab alerts X that someone has reprogrammed the old Data from before. X somehow gets into the computer to help out and destroy the old Bosses once again. |

| Speed Burner- This Weapon shoots a fireball. When charged, it makes Megaman X's Dash have a firey boost to it. |
| Silk Shot- Silk Shot shoots bad terrain at the opponet. If charged, it gathers all the near by terrain and collects into a big blast. |
| Spin Wheel- This Weapon shoots a big blade that travels along the ground hitting any near by enemies. When charged, it will fire blades in all directions. |
| Magnet Mine- When fired it shoots a mine that can go anywhere controlled by the D-Pad. If charged, the weapons power is enhanced. |
| Shotgun Ice When you fire this weapon it will fire a ball of ice crystals across the screen. When you charge this weapon it creates a small platform of ice the X can ride until it hits a while or falls in a pit. |
| Electric Spark This weapon will fire an electric spark across the screen. If you charge this weapon it will fire two larger sparks across the screen. |
| Storm Topedo When you use this weapon, it will shoot a horizontal whirl wind across the screen. When you charge this weapon up, it will sitll shoot a horizontal whirl wind but it will be much wider. |
| Rolling Shield This weapon when fired will shoot a spherical spinning shield across the screen. When this weapon is charged it will turn into a shield for X . |
| Leg Part- This one is in Chill Penquins Stage. It's impossible not to get so lets go on. |
| Helmet Part- The Helmet Part is found in Storm Eagles stage. Slide down the huge metal wall on the right until you see the Flame containers. Blow them up and proceed. |
| X-Buster Part- The X-Buster part is found in Spark Mandrills stage. It's in the last Black out room. You will see blocks on the ceiling. Break them with the Helmet Part. |
| Body Part- This parts located in Flame Stag's stage. After you beat the Magma Lava to the top go into the next section of the cave and dash jump from the highest platform from the left then proceed. |
| To recieve both of these from Dr. Light go to the first Sigma stage. There before the part with the Wall of spikes and the ladder on the ceiling and on the ground below go up the top. But to get up to the ladder charge up the Rolling Shield to protect you from the spikes and climb up the Spike bed to the ladder. From here slide down the long shaft on the left side of it and you will eventually find a secret wall and fall into it. There you will find Dr. Light and he will give you the Hyduken adn the Shoryuken. To use the Hyduken charge up and hold down and relese and for the Shoryuken charge up and release the button holding up. |
