RATES:
In addition, for the 2008 season, I will be adding a $5 base charge to cover rising gas prices. This may be more depending on distance from my home or the farm. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact me!
(The following may vary depending on the horse itself.)
Regular Riding: This may be completed in an arena or on the trail. For the horse which may not have any outstanding behaviorial issues and simply needs more riding/exercise. Good for the busy owner or to keep a horse in shape for either a brief or extended amount of time.
Approx. $10-$15/hour (for only $20 your horse can be ridden twice weekly instead of standing in the pasture!)
Typical Training: This can be completed in an arena, on the trail, or in the pasture (depending on specific case). For the horse with an annoying but not dangerous habit, or for a young horse needing to be desensitized with some basic training.
Approx. $10-$25/hour
Bustin' Those Nasty Habits*: This should be completed in an arena or otherwise enclosed area. For the horse with a tendency to hop, buck, rear, or bite. Good for the timid, older, or just plain annoyed owner wanting some bad habits worked out.
Approx. $15-$30/hour
*I reserve the right to declare any horse unsafe to be ridden at any time and may terminate session.
