On May 11th, we had cake and ice cream for Faith's 1st birthday. Friends and family crowded into our little living room, and then into our little kitchen, to watch Faith open her presents and then dive into her birthday cake. Cake pictures are still to come, but here's one of her delicately opening a present from her Karen, Rob, and Cordelia. |

April 22, 2002
In April, we finally fired up the BBQ. It took us until the second week, though, because it snowed for the first 5 days of April. Heck, it's snowing today (April 22)! But, the weather finally warmed up enough for Faith and George to BBQ some hamburgers. (Faith is a real lover of red meat. BBQed steak is her favourite so far.) Faith is wearing the Easter hat that Gramma Kettlewell got for her, just before Gramma died (April 13).
March 29, 2002
This March picture was just too funny not to post. Faith likes to keep her food around in her cheeks for later, as you can see from the chipmunk cheeks in this picture. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the expression on her face for this one. Something is definitely going on in her head. (posted March 29)
March 6, 2002
On March 6, Faith decided to get all dressed up in some of the clothes that Nana and Aunt Donna had gotten for her. Note the fashionable socks that Aunt Donna picked out...the colours are stunning. They go so well with the nice pink shirt and coveralls from Nana. And yes, she does wear these socks quite a bit now! She really likes them. I'm not sure if we should be worried.

January, 2002...Sleigh bells ring....
Yes, it's been awhile since I've updated the site, but here's a picture of Faith at Christmas time. As you can see, she's sitting up, which made opening her Christmas presents much easier. Her favourite part was the bags and the tissue paper. Faith (and her parents) would like to say thank you to everyone for spoiling her rotten at Christmas!
