Chrismas 2002 was a ball of wrapping paper. Faith wanted to open every present in sight! In the picture, you can see her creating masterpieces on her new easel, inspired by her penguin hat, in her new cow slippers.

October was a busy month, so we have three pictures, plus more inside. On October 23, Faith got a brand-new haircut to keep her ever-lengthening locks out of her eyes. She handled the whole experience quite well. On October 26, we attended Curtis and Allyson's wedding. Faith got to go to the church with us, although she only lasted until Allyson got up to the front and everyone else sat down. We spent the rest of the ceremony in the basement playing with toys. On October 27, Faith helped us carve the halloween pumpkin. She didn't want to get her hands in the guts, but she really liked drawing the face on the pumpkin. (Doesn't the picture look like Duncan?!) On October 31, Faith dressed up as a gorilla and danced around the living room for awhile. She didn't even seem to care that she was dressed up! |

On August 10th, Faith and I visited Skye, Mike and Ian at the Guelph Lake Conservation Authorithy. Faith and Ian had a great time in the water, and eating the sand. Faith even "swam"! I held her on her belly and she kicked her feet and tried to put her face in the water! I guess she's going to take after George...maybe she'll become a lifeguard. |
