The Chaos Queen
By Kaosu
‘K’ Squad’s Picnic or ‘K’ Squad’s "Double Date"
Kurei quietly got up. The time was 7:32 AM. The girls were still asleep. He crept down the hall and slowly opened Kaosu’s bedroom door. He saw her asleep in her bed, her head was buried under the sheets, and her body was all curled up.
"Time to get my revenge!" He thought to himself. He tiptoed near the bed and with one big giant leap; he landed on the bed.
"AH-HA!" He said. Nothing. She didn’t move an inch. He took the covers off of her only to discover two pillows where here body was supposed to be. Attached to the pillows was a note. He took the note and read it. This is what it read:
Nice try Kurei, next time be more quite when you get up. Oh, one more thing, look behind you, you BIG PERVERT!
Kurei looked behind him to see Kaosu, wearing a pair of flannel boxers and a white T-shirt.
"HENTAI!" She screamed as she kicked him in the face. She attacked him and all Kurei could do was defend himself.
"What’s going on?" Said a sleepy Kotohonou as she walked in on them. Kurei was face down on the floor with Kaosu sitting on top of him pulling his arm across his back.
"Am I interrupting something?" Kotohonou said sweaty.
"…uuuhhh…" Kaosu and Kurei said.
"Ok, time for you two to KISS and make…" Kotohonou fell asleep.
Kaosu sighed and got off of Kurei. "Come on," she said, "help me get her back into bed."
Time 8:00AM
Kotohonou came down stairs and into the kitchen where Kurei and Kaosu were. They were eating a bowl of ‘Cheerios’.
"Man, I had the strangest dream last night," Kotohonou said as she sat down and began to pour herself a bowl or cereal, "I remember walking into your bedroom, Hana-sama, and you were beating up Kurei for some reason. I wanted you two to kiss and make up."
Kurei and Kaosu stared at each other.
"Then you two kissed, turned into flowers and proclaimed me the ‘Fairy Queen’." Kotohonou said, "Then I woke up."
"What a strange dream." Kaosu said.
"Very strange." Kurei said.
"Well, I better hurry up and get dressed, my Tokiya will be here soon!" Kotohonou said as she finished her breakfast.
Time 10:00AM
Tokiya walked up the steps. He rang the doorbell. He waited outside and patted his pant’s left pocket to make sure his Ensui was there. The door opened and to his surprise, Kurei answered the door.
"Hello." Tokiya said, he was a little uncomfortable.
"Hi." Said Kurei coldly.
"TOKIYA!" Cried a voice from within the house. Kotohonou ran to the door, pushed Kurei out of the way and gave Tokiya a big hug.
"You’re here!" cried Kotohonou.
"Um…yeah." Tokiya said, his face started to turn red. "Is Recca, Domon, Fuko, and Touketsu here yet?"
"I didn’t know you invited them too?" Kurei asked, he disliked Recca and didn’t really want to see him.
"Well…I…" Kotohonou said, "…Well, what do you know! I forgot to call them…hehehe."
"I see…" Tokiya said.
"Got the food!" Kaosu said as she came out of the house. "Good morning Tokiya!"
"Good morning, Kaosu-sama." Tokiya said as he tried to get Kotohonou off of him.
"AWWWW…He used the ‘SAMA’ with out me telling him more than ONCE." Kotohonou said as she looked at Kurei.
Kotohonou wrapped her arm around Tokiya’s and both Kurei and Kaosu sighed as they left the house.
Time 12:00PM
They found a nice place to have a picnic. They were in a forest with only a few trees scattered here and there. There was a nice river so they decided to have picnic near it. They had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with some green tea that Kurei graciously heated for them.
"How should we split up?" Kaosu asked.
"Well," Kotohonou replied, "My Shakaku and Tokiya’s Ensui are destined to fight together, so we should practice together!"
"No they’re not." Tokiya said.
"Yes…They…ARE!" Kotohonou said as she grabbed Tokiya’s arm and dragged him to another part of the forest.
Kurei and Kaosu starred at each other.
"So…" Kurei began, "should we start?"
"Yeah, okay." Kaosu said.
Time 2:30PM
Kaosu and Kurei both were out of breath. Her clothes were a little singed and she had a couple of scrapes. Kurei, on the other hand, had large wounds, but they quickly went away.
"I could get used to that." Kurei said as he watched his wounds disappear.
"Good fight Kurei." Kaosu said.
"How come you only used your ‘wind’ power?" Kurei asked.
"More of a challenge that way." She replied.
"You, know, your eyes change when you fight." Kurei commented, "You look quite evil when you fight."
"Really? I never knew I did that. " Kaosu said, "Well, I better go check on Kotohonou and Tokiya."
"Yeah, you better make sure Tokiya’s not hurt." Kurei said.
"Oh, I highly doubt ANYONE is injured." Kaosu said, "I’m just going to save Tokiya."
"Save Tokiya?" Kurei asked.
"Oh, Kurei, you honestly thought Kotohonou wanted to FIGHT Tokiya?" Kaosu said as she walked away from Kurei.
Time 2:37PM
"I like your hair Tokiya, it’s very pretty, and so soft." Kotohonou said as she put her arm around Tokiya’s shoulders.
They were sitting under a tree in the shade. It was very peaceful and all that could be heard were the chirping of birds.
"Um…Maybe, we should get started. You said you wanted to wait awhile before fighting to let the food digest. I think you will be okay now." Tokiya nervously said.
"What’s the rush?" Kotohonou said as she rested her head on his shoulder, "It’s such a lovely day out."
"AWWW…How cute!" came a voice from behind.
Tokiya and Kotohonou looked behind them, only to see a smiling Kaosu, on her stomach with her hands folded under her chin.
"AHHHHH!" Kotohonou said. She was quite startled and jumped up into Tokiya’s arms and cried, "SAVE ME TOKIYA!"
Tokiya wasn’t quite ready when Kotohonou jumped into his arms and ended up falling over. Kotohonou also fell, but she had something soft to fall on.
"How sweet! You used yourself as a pillow for me so I wouldn’t get hurt!" Kotohonou said to Tokiya as she got off of him.
"No…problem." Tokiya said as he rubbed his back.
"I thought you two were going to practice?" questioned Kaosu.
"Like YOU two practiced!" Kotohonou said as she gave a sly grin.
"We did." Kaosu said turning a little red. "Why is she asking that?" Kaosu thought.
"Riiiight…" Kotohonou said sarcastically.
"We did! See!" Kaosu said as she showed Kotohonou her singed clothes.
"Oh." replied Kotohonou. She was a little sad that Kurei and Kaosu didn’t hook up. "Well, let’s get back to Kurei. Can’t believe you left him all by himself. Poor thing!" Kotohonou grinned, she was still going to try and hook up Kurei and Kaosu even if it killed her, and since she can’t die, all the better.
