(Chapter 5 of The Chaos Queen)

A woman walked along the sidewalk looking at a very large mansion. "I wish I could live in a place like that." She thought. Just then she heard a loud explosion. She went to go see what it was. She followed the smell of smoke and found out it came from the driveway of the mansion. When she got to the wreckage she found the men, dead. The driver was halfway through the windshield. His passenger, a strange looking man had tried to escape through the door but did not succeed. The third man was obviously hit by the car was sent flying 60 yards away from the wreckage. The woman examined the passenger.

"Man, is this guy UGLY!" She said as she examined his face, "Look at those eyes! They seem to almost bulge right out of his head! Were they like this BEFORE the accident?!?"

There were no marks of damage on his face, she came to the conclusion that this man never blinked in his life.

"Your eyes are all dried up, did you ever blink?!?" She said to the corpus. As she walked towards the third body she felt something, inside of her that she hadn’t felt in a long time. She looked at the body, it was a man in his twenties. We had black pants and a black collar on his neck. On his face was a huge scar that covered almost the entire left side of his face.

"Who are you?" She thought to herself. She could sense that he had a power inside of him, "hmmmm…what kind of power do you have…flame?" The feeling inside of her kept getting stronger and stronger. "I haven’t had this feeling in a long time, I only had it once before." She said as she remembered her friend. "I know what I must do." She slit her thumb and wiped the blood on his forehead. She opened his mouth and a red light flowed out of hers and into his. When the light disappeared into his mouth she closed her mouth. The stranger started to wake up.

"Who are you?" asked the stranger.

"I am," she said, "Kaosu, the Chaos Queen.

Kaosu and the stranger walked up to a house. Kaosu rang the doorbell.

"Why are we here?" asked the stranger.

"You’ll see." Said Kaosu, "You know, I am so glad I made you wear that nice suit, I mean those strange red cloaks were…well strange."

The stranger was wearing a navy blue jacket, a white shirt, a red tie, and a pair of navy blue slacks. Kaosu was wearing a pair of jean shorts and a red T-shirt.

"Why do I have to wear this while you get to wear that?" He asked.

"Quite!" she said as the door opened.

A woman with short black hair and two moles under her lower lip answered the door.

"May I help you?" she asked as she starred at the man and woman before her.

"Kagero-sama! It’s me Kaosu! It took me a month to find out where you lived, but" Kaosu said happily, "I like to present to you, your one and only son, RECCA!"

"Um…that’s not Recca." Kagero said.

"What? What do you mean?" Kaosu asked, "You said your son had the power of flame, well, here he is!"

"That’s Kurei. He’s Recca’s half brother. I already found Recca." Kagero said.

Kurei started to laugh. "I’ve been going along with you calling me ‘Recca’! You should see the look on your face!"

Just before Kaosu could speak, Kagero said, "Why don’t you both come in, we are starting supper right now, do you want to join us?" Kagero didn’t want a fight starting in front of her house. "Besides," she said to Kaosu, "I think someone would really enjoy your company."

"Really? Who?" Asked Kaosu as she and Kurei walked into the house.

"HANA-SAMAAAA!!" Cried a blond haired girl as she ran up and gave Kaosu a hug.

"Kotohonou! How long has it been? Ten years?" Kaosu asked.

"Yep," she said, "I found Recca, only he was already found by Kagero-sama. Here let me introduce you to the group." She grabbed Kaosu by the hand and led her into the living room. "That’s Recca." she said as she pointed to a boy with a Band-Aid on his face. "And this is Domon, Fuko, Tokiya and Yanagi, Recca’s girlfriend."

Kaosu looked at them all, Domon had a really ugly Mohawk, Fuko had short purple hair, Tokiya had rather long hair for a guy, and Yanagi looked rather weak.

"Everyone, this is my lord and master, Hana-sama, but", Kotohonou began as she glared at everyone, "YOU may call her Kaosu-SAMA."

Kaosu groaned. "How many times do we have to go threw with this?" she thought to herself.

"So, Kaosu, we meet again." Said a girl with light blue hair.

"I said", Kotohonou said, "It’s Kaosu-SAMA!"

The girl didn’t say anything, she just glared at Kaosu with hatred.

"Oh, you remember Touketsu, don’t you? The one you sent to the future?" Kotohonou asked.

"Oh, yeah. Almost forgot." Kaosu said as she smiled at Touketsu.

"I knew it." Touketsu said, "I thought Kotohonou looked familiar, she’s your stupid little minion."

"The one and only!" Kotohonou began, but the realized that she had just been called stupid, "Hey, I am not! Why I outo…"

"Dinners ready!" came the cheerful voice of Kagero.

"Sorry, Kagero, we can’t stay for dinner. Domon and I have to study for a math exam." Fuko said as she and Domon headed towards the door.

Kurei thought this was the perfect time to slip out the door and skip the little reunion.

"OH NO!" Kaosu said, "You’re not leaving me here after you embarrassed me like that!" Kaosu grabbed his ear and led him into the dinning room.
