Van Fanel Age: 15 Van was the newly appointed king of Fanelia when it was burned by the evil Zaibach empire. He seeks revenge for this, and will throw away his life to get it.

Hitomi Age: 15 Hitomi was a sprinter and a tarot card reader when she was transported to Gaea. She gets visions of people dying or getting hurt ever-so-often and usually prevents it.

Merle Age: 13 Merle is cat-girl who was orphaned at a young age. She remains loyal to Van and will do anything for him.
