In the Esoterism field, Frank Giano Ripel is to be considered as the depositary of the Initiatic Tradition consisting of knowledges as: Druidism, Hermetism, Alchemy, Kabbala, Yoga, Taoism and Nagualism.

Frank G. Ripel is the founder of the Orion Association, in which have found manifestation ten initiatics organisms that have concluded their vital cycle: The Order of the Diamond Star, The Order of the Golden Star, Ordo Rosae Misticae, The Oriental Egyptian Order of the Ancient and Primitive Rite of Memphis and Misraim, Ecclesia Gnostica Spiritualis Universalis, The Orion University, The Alternative Integralist Movement, The World-Wide Confederation of the Ufologic Centers, The Draconian Cult, The Operative Freemasonry.

Currently, always in the ambit of the Orion Association, Frank Ripel and Galbix Red are the founders of a new initiation system, known as "The Way of the Diamond" that includes six organisms:
