Ok, Ok, Ok. We know we haven't done very much with the website in a really long time. Clark and Stoll have been busy with their new band Seven Mile Drive. And Corey is living in Detroit working as an master control operator for NBC. But here is the good news. Marc (we're sure you remember him, the the cute guy who sat behind the drums before Corey) is playing with The Appleseed Cast and they are doing quite well to say the least. They've been touring all over the United States and even Europe. Well the three of us (Clark, Stoll, and Marc) have remained great friends since his parting, but he has expressed an interest of doing some shows for "old times" sake. So be on the look out for an announced or unannounced show in your neck of the woods soon. Viva la FlatBeds!

Well we kind of have some good and bad news. Lets get the bad news out of the way first. Corey is leaving. He is going to Recording School in Arizona. Chris and Eric do wish him the best of luck at it though. The good news is, Chris and Eric aren’t giving up though. We are searching high and low for a new drummer. We have our sights on a couple of people but if you know anyone that is interested in playing with us, E-mail us and we’ll see what we can do. Check back to us in the middle of Jan and find out who the new guy will be. Later.

Ok, lets see. Well we haven’t really been doing much lately. Played a few shows, recorded a few songs. 80 proof is sounding pretty good on tape. We’re really excited about that. Thats it for now.

We’ve been working on some new songs. One of them is complete now. Its called 80 proof. It’s kind of like our theme song. We’re also working on some new cover songs, so keep an eye out for us, we will be putting together a new set. Also work is starting on a video for Johnny’s Roadhouse. Mtv here we come.

We’ve been doing more shows lately. Nothing really new with the web page at this time. Also a couple of our friends got married this month.Congratulations Pete and Brandy.

We have some new songs up and playing on our Sounds page. Johnny’s Roadhouse is the first song up of our recient recordings. There are a few new mug shots on the Photos pages. Also look for upcoming shows soon, as we are getting ready to be playing a lot. P.S. - Don’t Fear the Reaper

Also, for this month. We are curently in the studio recording a few of our songs. It is still up in the air about what we are going to do with these recordings. So if you think that we should put out a tape for sale, let us know.

We just played our first shows since November ‘98. During the Independence Holiday weekend we filled in for a missing band at Muhammad Skali’s Holt’s Hall show.Thanks Muhammad Skali and Takedown. We also played down at Brooklyn’s (1805 Frederick 816-233-7116) when Armchair Martian canceled. Now that we’ve got out and playing, we are going to be booking more shows. Be afraid, be very afraid.
