| Arrived back in Canada April 1/03 from our fabulous Bahamian Adventure After a few days in Kitchner, headed up to Orillia just in time for an April Snow Storm!! Didn't stop Sean and Mur from BBQing tho. |

| April 1 Arrived in Ontario, picked up the car we purchased on-line. (Brother Scott in Kitchner got her licenced up for us), visited with family for a couple of days. April 3 Off north to Orillia for a week to visit with Tamara, Sean, Jessica & Taylor, along with some friends. Celebrated a late Christmas in April with tree, turkey and all the trimmings!! Also celebrated Tamara's 30th |
| April 9th and off to Thunder Bay for an overnite visit with Sister Dawn, her hubby John and niece Elyse (nephew Jonathan in France on exchange) ANYWAY... great trip, beautiful scenery. |
| April 11 th FINALLY!!! Headed down to Marty & Sandra's in Grand Forks, North Dakota to meet new grandson Brecken (born in Feb) and also catch up with the now big boy Stoker |
| April 13th ... Headed up to Edmonton to Roger & Jackie Halletts. Spent a couple of months there getting re-established in Canada and checking out some jobs. (One being in Peace River Ab. Tooooo far north we decided) April 16th....Headed up to Dawson Creek for a visit with Mom Helen as well as Brent, Stella, Jaden & Gianna. Had a wonderful evening with Sister Sue & Hubby Ray From there headed into Tumbler Ridge to visit with Friends. Spent some time with buddy Smiley (Jean Slaney), we were disappointed that hubby Kevin was away at work, but oh well, will be up again. Ran into the infamous Tom, always an experience. Had an overnite visit with dear friends Dennis & Lily (twas a Happy Easter), chocolate bunnies on our pillows, gotta love that!! Mur had his Interprovincial to write, so it was off to Kamloops on May 15th for a few days. He is now properly ticketed!!!! While we were there we checked out Princeton BC , another employment offer....Beautiful country, ugly town!! Theeeen..... Harry at the Arrow Shop offered Mur work in Kamloops from June 12th until the fall to cover for summer holidays and a fellow off ill...... so here we are. Enjoying the Interior and being fussy looking for permanent work. Took a side trip down to Hope with a Pit Stop at Hell's Gate for a visit with Murrays's Brothers and Wifes as well as Matt & Sarah Got an offer in Kelowna BC....we were pretty excited about that, until we went down and saw how much the city has grown.....way too busy!!! We're just going to hang here we think. Have taken a couple of sidetrips to Hope to visit family and of course, off to Ontario June 25 - 29 for Tamara & Sean's Wedding |

| August long weekend we took off to Edmonton to Visit the Halletts Good time to go, all hell broke loose in BC, Forest Fires everywhere. |
| August 18th UPDATE Do to all the Forest Fires, industry is not doing well in the Interior, so we've decided to return to Edmonton. I (Lor) have a job..Back to driving school bus if you can believe it LOL... Looking forward to it, which tells you how much I've missed working!! Murray has 3 job interviews on Fri the 29th. Will let ya know how that goes!!! OH, Mur got a job offer in CUBA....ixnay, enough Island living for us...it's so nice to be back in the Real World!! Our Address will be 17227 83 St. Edmonton T5Z 3M2 Phone # 780-473-3875 I was in Edmonton for a week to check things out with my job, while there, I took a little drive up to Fort McMurray (only 5 hrs lol) Had a great visit with some girls I use to work with. |
