• SUITABILITY. As far as is possible with a site that deals with that horror we call war this site is suitable for children. There are only two occasions were questionable language is used and in both cases it is necessary to tell the story. There is no attempt to glorify the war or the killing. It is a site that records history as it happened. These men did these things. Their service is to be honoured, not the terrible things they had to do to prevail over evil.

• ADVERTISING. This is a non-commercial site. No money changes hands at any level. There is no advertising on the site with these exceptions;
  • In the top right hand corner YAHOO! have a small banner ad that is totally under their control. It is the placement of this ad that allows us to have this site free of charge. I thank YAHOO! Australia New Zealand for their support.
  • On the links page there is an advertisement for a free web site  search engine lodgement service. Again, without this service that is offered to us free we would not be found in the many search engines that people around the world use to find us. I thank Submit Express for their support.
  • On the links page there is advertising for 2 no charge Web Rings of other sites that may be of interest to surfers on our site. These are both non commercial operations.

• SPAM. While I have anything to do with this site it will not be used as a vehicle for Spam or unwanted emails of any sort. I run the most up to date protection available against virus attack and email address theft. I do not sell, trade, loan, swap or deal in any way in email address information. On the very odd occasion that I send out some sort of update or news bulletin about the 42nd site it will be short, advertising free and sent to  "Undisclosed Recipients" to protect the email address of any person who has communicated with me. (See Your Choice, below)

• YOUR CHOICE. If you freely place your details on the Guest-book page then you are responsible for any repercussions. It is a PUBLIC forum.

• TRUTH. I believe that the material used on this site is true and correct. If you disagree say so. I will investigate your concern. I can accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for any decision that you might make if you rely on anything on this site.
