Hecca is the small collection of islands off the Eastern coast of Donateh. It is mainly a farming community; a large amount of their exports is crop related. As a result, one of the chief weapons is the scythe. Women mostly learn how to weild the smaller versions, scycles, while men deal with the larger, heavier scythes and the various farming tools.
The city of T'losora is located at the northern most region of Hecca, the palace is somewhere close to the ocean. The crowned princess, Jaamini, rules from the palace as well as she can.
