These Experiments Are To Unleash His Hidden Psychic Abilities. But After These Powers Surface, They Go Out Of Control. He Goes Crazy And Searches For The Legendary Being Known As Akira. Fox's Opinion:....umm....ahhhh.....I Watched This Movie About 10 Times....It Still Doesn't Make Sense. I Understand This Movie Broke New Grounds in Anime, But I Don't Think It Is The Storyline, It Is The Graphics.It's Kinda Cool How He Turned Into A Blob, I Don't Know How He Did It, But Hey, It Was Cool. The Only Reson I Bought This Is Because Every True Anime Fan See's This Movie At Least Once. But If You Want To Understand It, Watch It Like A Million Times. I Give It A 5 Out Of 10. Spikey's Opinion: I saw It Once...It Made No Sense. I Saw It Again...It Still Made No Sense. But The Third Time...No...Wait...It Still Didn't Make Any Sense. When Tetsuo Goes Crazy, It's All Downhill From There. At The Beginning, It Made Some Sense, But That Was All. The Coolest Part Was When Guy Was Blown Away By Bullets When Protecting That Little Blue Guy. Out Of A 10, I Also Give Akira A 5. Overall Rating: 5
