11/8 - So, we have decided to break up. Chris didn't like singing because not as many people liked us, and some people got the wrong idea and started to hate us. Our drummer is a follower for those of you who don't know, so he quit and said he didn't like to play anyway, but everyone knows this band was his only chance to make use of his one type of beat and that he enjoyed every minute because it made him think he was good.. So we were left with just a bass and 2 guitars, and thats pretty pointless, so I guess The Gamgees are no more. Sorry to anyone who liked us, if there is any of you still out there, and we still have CDs. 9/20 - CD is complete. $3, contact a band member to purchase. 9/20 - The Cd is complete. It has 7 songs all recorded live at Di Piazzas. It sounds good and will be out very soon. 9/17 - Our show today was a pretty good turn out. We went and had some fun and got a live recording made. A few songs we messed up, but it was our fault, so we are going to have a CD out soon after editing some of the tracks. 8/20 - We are just practicing, mainly aiming to make new songs, because are set is starting to get boring. We hope to have some shows soon, we are working with a promoter and contacting some venues. 8/8 - We haven't been up to much lately beacause Chris went to IYC. He's back now so we are gonna be starting up practices very soon. 7/31 - Our shows didnt go so well, but we still had fun and met some other cool bands. 7/23 - We have recorded teh bass and drums for our new demo. It's gonna be the same songs, but instead of Until we Get the Point, we are going to put on The Great United States. We hope it's going to sound better because we messed up on the first one. 7/16 - We are looking forward to the show on the 26th in Bellflower, but we have to pay $40 for some gay soundcheck. We also have hopes to record soon, who knows, maybe we will accually do it this time. 7/5 - The 4th and 5th shows went pretty good, but there weren't as many people as we expected on the 5th. 7/1 - We are just preparing for our shows on the 4th and 5th, and I'm pretty sure the show on the 26th is going to happen. 6/26 - Paul's back, so we are getting back into the normal routine, and hopefully the band will be fine from now on. 6/24 - Paul Grimshaw, our drummer, has quit the band. We are looking for new drummers to try out. If you are interested or know anyone who is contact the band members or email me. 6/23 - We have a show for sure on July 4th at a block party, and on July 5th at Living Spings Church. 6/9 - We are planning on playing more shows in the near future. Like around 6/30, 7/4, 7/5, if you want information contact the band and we will supply you with the info. 6/5 - We played at Living Springs and i wet well, and it seemed like most of the people liked us. I also basically ruined teh site by a foolish mistake of deleting all of the pictures, so im working hard to get the site back to normal. 5/18 - There hasn't been much news lately so I decided to post something. We have been working hard and we have 7 songs down as of now, and we plan on playing at Sacred Grounds or The Equator sometime in the future. (probably during the Summer) 5/8 - We are going to be playing at a party this weekend I'm not sure where it's at yet. I'll post it when I find out. 5/6 - We recorded a 3 songs demo this past weekend, which we hope to be passing out this Friday at school. 5/2 - We recorded our song "The Only Way to Peace" but it didn't sound that good, so we are goin to try to record again tommorow (Sunday) and hopefully have a demo cd to pass out by the middle of the week. 4/19 - We went to the party anyway ( Thistle Rocked ) and Paul showed up and we got David to come so we played with out Mike B., But it turned out pretty well for our first show. 4/18 - We have decided not to play at Eli's party because or drummer and lead guitarist are out of town, and we can't reach teh rhythm guitarist. 4/11 - We have decide to make a few changes to the band because we figure it will help the band flow better. We have picked up a new rhythm guitarist ( David Shipp ) so that Chris can put all of his energy in to singing. 4/7 - We are changing from the original song we decided to cover, ( Pulley - Gone ) and we are trying to get the song The Ocean is a Fuck of a Long Way to Swim by Amazing Transparent Man down so we can play it at Eli's Party on April 18th during Spring Break
