Summary: Shane was quite lucky in the temple. He was still a descent contestant. He traveled a total of ten rooms and only encountered one temple guard. Shane met his first and only temple guard in the Swamp. Since Shane did not enter the Crypt or Medusa's Lair during his three minutes, that means that the two other temple guards were located in those two rooms. It's a good thing also, since Medusa's Lair would've been a dead-end. He did not make his voyage through the temple any easier since he took the the elevator from there Mine Shaft into the Lightning Room. He connected the power cords into the ball in the middle of the room then entered the Shrine. He assembled the monkey, found the key in the King's Storeroom, and grabbed the Turban in the Observatory. He used the troubled bridge when he exited the temple, which was a smart move. Shane scored one of the few male solo runs in the entire show.

TRIVIA: -- As mentioned on other sites, Shane was one of the few contestants to complete the Lightning Room objective.
