Biodiesel a viable substitute for petroleum diesel fuel
This years Tyee Tour logged over 2,100 nautical miles from Vancouver to the Alaska border and return. The vessel’s Volvo diesel engine burned some 3,200 liters of converted restaurant discard problem free. After the success of this journey I conclude that Biodiesel is a viable substitute for petroleum diesel fuel. Additionally, utilizing a cleaner burning, renewable fuel was very satisfying.
