The Queen's Trip
Yes, kiddies, here are the pics from my first roll of film from my band trip to Montreal and Ottawa! These ones (except the last one, which is *very* special) are from Ottawa. Oh, and they're not thumbnails. Because that is beyond my quoteunquote abilities with a computer. Sorry.
The British Embassy
With something in front. So I'm not a good photographer. So sue me. And yes, I took a picture of the British embassy...just because it was the *British* embassy...
War Cenotaph--Front
The front view of the Cenotaph commemorating those who died in the wars of the previous century.
War Cenotaph--Side View
The side view of above Cenotaph.
The Flame
The flame in front of the Parliament Buildings that always stays lit. The shields around it are the crests of the provinces.
Manchester Sign
A sign on the side of the British embassy promoting the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. Yes folks, my patheticness knows no bounds.
Parliament Buildings
The main block of the Candian Parliament Buildings.
The Peace Tower
Canada's answer to Big Ben. The most recognizable part of the Parliament Buildings.
Parliament Buildings
One of the side blocks of the Parliament Buildings.
Parliament Buildings
The other side block of the Parliament Buildings.
Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in front of the War Cenotaph.
Billy "Wallace" Boyd and Dominic "Sizzle" Monaghan
These two Beanie Buddies (the bigger bears), named Wallace (the one with the tartan scarf) and Sizzle (the red one) were two of my purchases on the trip. The signs just have their names on them.

The little blurbs on the tags are as follows:

Wallace
Wallace the Beanie Baby wore a tartan plaid scarf. Can you guess which clan?

Er...I'd guess Wallace? A Scottish Beanie Buddy wearing a Pippin-like scarf. It was meant to be.

Sizzle
Sizzle the Beanie Baby was named because of his vibrant red fur...he's red hot!

Dom, hello! I saw it and it just spoke to me...

::hugging Dom and Billy::

Heeheeheehee...Yes, I have reached new depths of fangirlishness. But I do love Beanie Buddies anyway...I also have a lobster, Pincers, and a lion, which I named ArchieZonker. Go me.
Stay Tuned for the Second Role of Film!
