Amazingly, I first met Kevin at the Gold's Gym in Marina del Ray - I needed someone to spot me while I was doing squat thrusts with a 70 pound barbell, and he graciously agreed! We continued chatting at the juice bar, and I really grew to appreciate his carefree love of life and innocent wonder of the world.
