Profile: Caroline Feraday:  Born in 1977, Caroline lives in south London and in 2002 bought a 1930's house with the aim to gut it and completely refit the interior.  Caroline has already had a busy radio career so far.  She began in 1993, aged just 16, producing programmes for BBC Radio Kent.  In 1995, the sky was the limit when she began work as the voice of Capital FM's 'Flying Eye'.  During this time, she presented Capital's 'Party In The Park'  for three years running.

Her worst radio moment to date is when she was late for a breakfast show after her alarm didn't go off.  Her favourite broadcaster is Nicky Campbell - Caroline considers him to be 'smart, funny and completely savvy.'   Amongst her ambitions, she plans to win the lottery, live in Los Angeles for a while and learn to fly a helicopter.   Meanwhile amongst her skills, she loves cooking for dinner parties - saying that 'food should be an event.'

Up until November 2002, Caroline co-presented Radio Five Live's 'Weekend News' Sunday night from 8:00pm-10:00pm with ex-Radio 1 axe-wielder Matthew Bannister and ex-IRN and BBC Radio Derby newsreader Susan Bookbinder.

Whereabouts: In November 2002, Chrysalis Radio announced they had recruited Caroline to take on a high-profile daytime slot on their recently acquired London news and talk station LBC for it's switch to and relaunch on FM in the capital.  Caroline had turned down an offer from Capital Radio to co-host with Chris Tarrant from 2003 to be with LBC instead.   Caroline who has recently been reporting for GMTV and the Travel Channel, said of her appointment "I am thrilled with the prospect of working on such an exciting new project, it is something I can really get my teeth into. I am a London girl through and through and it will be great to talk about issues that are so close to my heart."
