1/ Please give your name/webname for credit, and some form of contact: email address/livejournal etc.
2/ Sstate what particular rules you have for your icons i.e: comment and credit, just comment etc.
3/ You will receive full credit on the Artists page.
4/ No Icons that are over PG-13.
