JOHN WOOD, JOHN WATERS, NORMIE ROWE and RUSSELL MORRIS combine with some exciting new talent, most notably ZIPPORAH SZALAY and, in the title role, LORENZO IANNOTTI, to create an enthralling ensemble of 23 in the orchestral/rock interpretation of this sweeping story of conspiracy, intrigue, murder, betrayal, love, despair and redemption.

John Wood and John Waters are two of Australia's most popular and accredited film, theatre and television actors with careers spanning some thirty years.
JOHN WOOD is the winner of several Logies, a Green Room Award for Best Actor and the Variety Club Award for Television Actor of the Year for his role as Michael Rafferty in Rafferty's Rules. As Sergeant Tom Croydon, he now leads the multiple Logie award winning cast of Blue Heelers currently screening in over one hundred countries. On stage, John has starred in many productions for the Melbourne Theatre Company including Born Yesterday, The Club, The Real Inspector Hound, Another Time, City Sugar, How Does Your Garden Grow?, The Last of the Knucklemen, The Play's The Thing, All My Sons and Mother Courage and his appearances in musicals include Chess and She Loves Me. A favourite of the small screen, John has appeared in Newlyweds, Dearest Enemy, All Together Now, The Flying Doctors, The Challenge, The Last Bastion, Special Squad, Skyways and many productions for ABC-TV including Lawson's Mates and Power Without Glory.


JOHN WATERS' musical credits include Hair, Two Gentlemen Of Verona, My Fair Lady, The Hunting Of The Snark, Gershwin - The Musical, A Little Night Music and the National Concert Tours of Jesus Christ Superstar and The Sound Of Music. With Looking Through A Glass Onion [his tribute to John Lennon], he toured Australia and also played London's Criterion Theatre.
His extensive film and television credits include Breaker Morant, Mrs. Eliza Fraser [with Suzannah York], The Sullivans, All The Rivers Run [parts 1 & 2], Nancy Wake, Passion Flower [with Barbara Hershey] and Which Way Home [with Cybil Shepherd].

Normie Rowe and Russell Morris have both sustained formidable careers since their early days as Australian pop idols of the late 60's and early 70's.

NORMIE ROWE, AM, won critical acclaim for his sensational performance as Jean Valjean in the Australian production of Les Miserables. Normie also achieved international success with "It's Not Easy", which reached the top Ten in the U.K., while his many Australian hits include "Que Sera Sera", " It Ain't Necessarily So", "Penelope" and "Shakin' All Over". A Vietnam veteran, he is currently touring his latest release, "Missing In Action".

RUSSELL MORRIS, of the hugely successful Burns, Cotton & Morris, is in constant demand throughout Australia and Asia performing the songs that made him a household name, including massive chart toppers "The Real Thing", "Wings Of An Eagle" and "Sweet, Sweet Love".
