Special Requests
Below are some special requests from the Bride and Groom to help add to the joy and magic of our wedding day.  Any additional suggestions or any comments would be most gratefully accepted.
Request #1:
It is always difficult to adjust to a new family, especially over the first year.  We would greatly appreciate it if our friends would remember us in their prayers.  There will be a book at the wedding where those who are willing may write their prayers for us, so that we may look back on them over the year and know we have support from our friends.
Request #2:
Please bring either a fun picture or typed anecdote about either Greg or Maya to the wedding.  There will be a photo album available where our guests may place these pictures and stories for other guests to look at and for us to enjoy in years to come.
Request #3:
This is actually the most difficult request for us to make/word.  While we enjoy children very much, and would be happy to see yours at our wedding, please keep in mind that they will need to sit quietly for a while during the ceremony.  We know that children squirm and chatter and don't act like grown-ups and we don't expect them to be otherwise.  Babies sometimes cry, and that can't be helped, and isn't a major problem.  We would greatly appreciate it, though, if parents would keep their children from running around the sanctuary during the service, and keep them as quiet as possible.  Please bring a quiet book or toy to keep them occupied as necessary.  There will be child-friendly food and drink at the reception, and the bride reserves the right to cuddle all babies!
