Just in case you're curious how I became a fan of those Robins, their merry men and the lady of sherwood ~ Here is the story of how it all came to pass. . . .
			When the series first aired on television, my parents loved it and watched it every week. I wasn't born yet and my sister was too little to watch it then. So, it went off the air, right? and they sorrowfully thought that was the end of that! Once my sister and I were older they started telling us about this awesome tv series about Robin Hood they wished we could see... but we had no way of finding any information about it. Well, having been fans of Clannad, we discovered to our excitment that they had made the soundtrack!! Buying that right away, mom and dad heard those songs and lots of memories came flooding back. What were we to do?? Well, the cd was cherished, but the thought of actually finding the series on tape was forgotten in the midst of life. Well, years later, some time in the fall, my sister was working at a clothing store and was allowed to bring in her own cds to play.. Well, one of them was "Legend" by Clannad. One day, a woman came in the store while the cd was on and turned to my sister saying..."Is that the music from Robin of Sherwood"?? Astonished, she said yes and they got talking about it. The woman had taped the whole series when it was on tv years ago! Well, guess what?? The woman heard our sorry story and said that she'd make copies of the tapes for us if we'd just pay for the blank tapes!!!!!!! Well, that was the beginning of something wonderful :) All through the fall, the woman came to the shop to get a blank tape from my sister and would come back in a week or so to give her the copied tape and receive another blank one.. Meanwhile, the rest of us had simply no idea this was going on. She kept it all to herself, waiting for the right time to surprise us. Apparently that Christmas was the right time.... Well, since then, the four of us have been completley hooked - mom and dad for the second time :) After a year or so after having the series, we figured out - wow - there are websites for this! Cool! So, now I've made my own for myself and for all of you (if anyone is even still reading this :) I hope whoever actually finds this site, enjoys it and comes back because I don't think I'll ever be finished with it...... Nothings Forgotten, guys....
