both blond- both short- they are never apart- one wears glasses to read- I can see she likes to talk alot- the other just as outspoken- they both seem friendly to me- I sit outside and smoke again- drifting dreamfully back to Christine- do I hate her? can I hate her? I will not because I was in Love- drifting back to the two blondes across from me- behind my back and then above- FUCK THIS!! all this shit that seems so trivial- Thursday as I drink- I realize that no one respects me- but I don't care anymore- the guy that stands before me drunk- whining about the cold- then stop complaining go inside- to your room- Jesse 5'4" defined body I see- pleasing to the eyes to others, and certainly to me- Blue eyes they are blue I think- they could be brown or even green- that brings me now to Blond #2- I do not know her name- just a face- but she has talked to me- Western Carolina directions- a small part of my life it seems- sitting diagonally across from me- Amanda; Mandy is her name- wearing a blue shirt and gossip- in front of me an observation- this guy likes this girl- she doesn't like him- as Mandy gets up to walk away- I am left alone...... as I have always been: Part Two. lying across from me on the couch, brown hair she looks beautiful, I can see her ankles; tanned, so I assume that she is tanned, but she looks disturbed studying to deeply, cramming for a midterm she hopes to pass, will she? only tommorrow will tell; Jim walks by and talks to a girl, in a red and white shirt, the other girl in the purple walks away, the sounds of voices filling the air, a girl in a black shirt walks out the door; belonging shunning hiding her face, Jim says HI! across the room to Lacey, Happy 19th Birthday! as I head back up to my room to add this poetry to my site, I glimspe a tired looking face on that girl on the couch, lying her head on her sweatshirt...... goodnight!!!! by Joshua Farmer dedicated to Jesse and Blonde #2 10-3-2000
