| We have been renting 1 side of a 2 family house for 2 years. We are now in the process of buying it! Our closing date is June 2. This house was built on the Musconectcong river in the 1800's. Once a single family house, it was lived in by one of the workers of the mill across the street. The mill made cannons and cannon balls for the Civil War. Each side of the house has 3 small bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen/dining room and living room. We will be starting the process of converting this beautiful home back into a 1 family. I will be adding pictures of the construction as it takes place. It's going to be a lot of work, time and money but well worth it. |

| These were taken before the owner started moving their items out. It was and still is a MESS!! I can't wait to put my gloves on and start cleaning it up! The place looks like a wreck but is in much better shape then we thought! |
