Q: What/Who was "The Doomed"?
A: The Doomed was the name Captain, Dave, and Rat used when they split with Brian James after the 2nd album and then reformed. Lemmy from Motorhead and their friend Henry Badowski both did duties as bass players. Essentially The Doomed were the roots of the Machine Gun Etiqutte line up...they of course became The Damned again after a few months.
