September of 2008 was a tumultuous month. It truly seems a miracle
that it should have ended in such superb joy and happiness when I spent four fantastic days
with Art and Becky in Disney World.

Here are some photos and brief account of that trip.

Left: Arriving on the Magical Express from Orlando Airport, Art prepares the camera to capture the memories.
Right: We arrive at the Customs House in the Caribbean Beach Resort.

Our room was located in Aruba!!

Left:After checking in, we ate in Port Royale! We were starving and breakfast was inhaled!
Right:After breakfast, I found the "Designated Smoking Area." A few feathered friends joined me. Smoking is for the birds!

After breakfast, first stop Epcot.
What memories came flooding back as I looked up to Space Ship Earth!
A new addition; The Legacy Monuments, where participants have their image etched in steel.
Art and Becky had their image added a few years ago.

Art and Becky; My "Minnie and Mickey."
You guys truly made this great trip a magical trip!

We revisited Figment at Imagination...
Somewhat changed with Eric Idle as a nice addition

Artie revisits "The Scene of the Crime" more than two decades later...
at Leap Frog Fountains!

We were the Test Dummies, taking a few hairpin turns at the Test Track.

Not my photo,(stock photo) the high point of the first day was Soarin'

The first day ended with THEE most spectacular fireworks with THEE most fantastic, front row seats!
(This isn't my photo; a stock photo found on the Internet)

Our first day was long, exhausting; worth every minute and effort.
Up at 4:00 am, up in the air by 7:00 am, checking in at 10:30 am, at Epcot before 1:00 pm...fireworks finale at 9:00 pm...
"sawin' wood" by midnight... every minute will be remembered always.
