Original Participants (1970-1995)
Civilian and Military RV Participants During the R&D Classified Period.

Uri Geller...
Renowned Civilian Israeli Psychic/ Remote Viewing member of the SRI Remote Viewing Group. Mr. Geller became popular as a psychic personality to the public. Demostrating his ability in ESP, bending spoons, and stopping/fixing watches by touch and concentration. Mr. Geller was invited and became a participant in the RV phase of R&D at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). His data would be utilized with the team, and his personal abilities futher tested along side pioneeer remote viewer, Ingo Douglas Swann and Patrick Price. Mr. Geller's popularity with the public continued years later, even through a storm of controversities from time to time would appear questioning his personal abilities as being not only scientific but also legitimate. Today, Mr. Geller continues to be involved in the study of parapsychology and the paranormal.

Gerry Gross...

Renowned Civilian OOBE/Astral Viewer and lecturer. After showing and having a Near Death Experience (NDE) in his youth, Mr. Gross's ability to "Astral View" was considerd an early model for the development of what would be called "Remote Viewing". During the height of the study of parapsychology at numerous universities in the 1960-70's Mr. Gross was tested and became a popular personality in the university circut. According to Mr Gross, he was approached by the CIA and other agencies in the early 1970's but declined to participate in the early R&D phase of Remote Viewing that was being done at the American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR)... but participated in the 1990's in an RV "domestic capacity" with Remote Viewing Pioneer, A. Edward Moch (see also USofA/Unit Nine) Today, Mr.Gross lectures on the subject of OOBE/The Astral Sciences and related studies across the country. He is founder and director of a group called "Search and Prove" and continues to research through this organization.

Keith Harary...

Civilian Remote Viewer and youngest RV member of the SRI RV Group. Though not much information is available, Mr. Harary's involvement with the SRI RV Group is well noted. Accordingly, Mr. Harary's contributions for what ever reason were played down, and some of his RV data may have been credited to other SRI RV team members.

A.Edward Moch...

Renowned Civilian Pioneer Remote Viewer/ Psychical Consultant, Marion Visionary and Lecturer, and youngest member of the ASPR RV Group. Born and raised around a historical Government-Military family in the Fordham section of New York (see Moch Family). Moch's psychical gifts and visions began to appear after a Near Death Experience (NDE) during an medical operation at age six... his abilities became apparent in his teenage years and was tested in 1971 by Gloria Tomkin-Saeed, experienced member of the Medical and Occult/Spiritual Community.
In 1973, Moch went to the renowned parapsychological institute, The American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR) in New York City. It was there that he participated and was tested in the second expanded OOBE/Beacon Experiment (Remote Viewing), headed by Dr.Karlis Osis, Director of Research. It was confirmed by Osis that Moch was one of the 14% (aka: The 14% Club) that successfully met and/or broke new data set by the first OOBE/Beacon Experiment (Remote Viewing) established by it's first participant, renowned Pioneer Remote Viewer/Psychical Consultant, Ingo Douglas Swann.
In 1975, Moch went to Virginia Beach Virginia and spent the Summer-Autumn season at The  Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE) where he met family members of the renowned Psychic and Healer, Edgar Cayce and was tested by then research director, Charles Thomas Cayce. While there, he also met and participated with an ARE Healing Group, and members of The InnerLight Conciousness Group (ILC), headed by Founder and Director, Rev. Paul Solomon.
In November of that year, Moch returned to his home in Fordham, and met with supporting benefactor of the Spiritual Fronteers Fellowship, Ms. Jodie Desmond. Again, Moch showed his abilities to use RV in the Art of Healing.
It has been noted recently by Dale Graff, the former Director of "Project Stargate" that some RV Domestic Operations were implemented during this period. What may have been the first time RV was used in such an operation that happened in 1976-77. In an attempt to locate a so-called Serial Killer, Moch was approached and asked to assist in a Domestic Psychical Operations Team called "Moment of Truth" (MOT), that was under the observation of "The Omega Group"... a Government Agency that oversee various "Anti-Terrorist/Crisis Operations".
After some personal setbacks, Moch left New York for California in the Autumn of 1978. Securing work in the Defence Industry, and researching on his own, he continued his psychical work. Moch invented a working model of a "Solar Energy Collector", based on some ideas he had while in City Island and Virginia Beach.  He Later formed LOGUS, which would later spell, Logistical Operations Gathering & Ulterior Solutions (Now part of The LOGUS Group).
In the Mid-1980's, Moch was approached by Founder and Director of United Sensitives of America (USofA), Mr. Fred Hansen. Hansen, an former Dancer/Actor invited Moch to consult and participate in a Domestic Psychical Operations Group called "Unit Nine". Similar to "Moment of Truth", "U9" was created arould 1981 to assist the Secret Service, FBI, and other Law Enforcement and support Agencies to utilize what Hansen called "Sensitives" in their organization. Moch stayed as a psychical consultant for Hansen until his recent resignation from USofA/Unit Nine, when the groups purpose began to wain after official disclosure of Remote Viewing became public in 1995. At present, Moch continues to consult and lecture on The Science of Remote Viewing.
