Early Participants
Fraz (Friedrick) Mesmer (1734-1815)...
Renowned Austrian Physician and father of Mesmerism. In 1778, while practising in Paris France, Mesmer presented his "Theroy of Animal Magnetism" which was a early form of what we call today, "Remote Influencing or RI". Though not accepted as science by his collegues in his day, a form of "Mesmerism" did receive a popular following by the Occult/Spiritual Community and given the name "Trancing".  Eventually, some of Mesmer's early R&D into "Mesmerism" would later be accepted and later develop into what we know today as the Science of  "Hypnosis"
Michel Nostradamus (1503-1566)...
George S. Patton (1885-1945)...
Sgt. Edgar Perry (aka. Edgar Allen Poe) 1809-1849*
Renowned American Writer/Poet and Spiritualist under his civilian name of "Edgar Allen Poe". Attended and left The US Military Academy (West Point) under personal circumstances. Later recruted into the US Army under the name of "Edgar Perry". Participated, contributed, and applied a form of "Astral Viewing" while in his military years. *Claimed to have died in 1849 while "under secret assignment". Under a form of "Witness Protection", Perry was known to have been around the late 1870's to early 1880's. It is very possible that Perry continued to write and teach "Astral Viewing" and other PSI techniques in these secret years living in the Fordham area.
Percey Bysshe Shelley (1792-1822)...
Renowned English Poet, Writer and Husband of
Mary Shelly. Shelley's interest in the spiritual had been noted over the short years of his life. In his poem, "Triumph of Life" Shelly discribes an "Astral Viewing" future event so clear that it might be considered an early Remote Viewing experience.
