Alexander Moch (1890's-1969) COI, OSS, CIA, Domestic Intelligence Agent. |
Claimed to have been a member of The Central Office of Intelligence (COI). Mr. Moch's claim was likely through a good friend of the family... Father Francis Patrick Duffy, who was a close friend of William "Wildbill" Donovan. During the 1930's, and the changes ocurring in Europe just before the onset of World War II, Moch's relation to French President, Leon Blum, French Premier/Interior Minister, Jules S. Moch is well noted. During World War II. Moch claimed that he ran an OSS Domestic drop site, in an office building in New York City... calling it "His Concession Stand". Though he didn't say what building... it is noted that Col. William "Wildbill" Donovan at the time did have a private office in The St Regis Hotel... and later at Rockerfeller Center in New York City. After the war. Moch returned to domestic life... but it was short lived. With a prohetic warning speech made by family cousin, French Interior Minister, Jules Moch on the growing concern of Allied/Soviet relations getting cold (henseforth the name "The Cold War") and the enacting of the National security Act of 1948, Moch joined the Central Intelligence Agency, and continued being involved in "Domestic Operations"... to what level, it is not known to this day. Retiring in the mid-1960's to upstate New York... he later returned back to New York City living his remaining days close to family and friends. It is noted that he and his younger half-brother, Stanley Moch, both close and working together for years. Though it is not known if Moch knew and/or played any direct role in observing his nephews developing psychical ability (A. Edward Moch)... it is obvious as his uncle, that he too was close. |

Stanley Moch (1913-1977) U.S. Domestic Intelligence Agent? |

Father of Pioneer Remote Viewer, A. Edward Moch. During most of his life, his close ties with his older half-brother, Alexander Moch, and his love of the military made him a likely candidate to go on. Unfortunately... Moch's dream of wanting to join The U.S. Army during World War II was dampened when he failed the Army physical. Working as a printer/pressman at a local printing company, Moch fulfilled his dream when his half-brother later joined him, working at the same company. It is noted that the printing company had a contract printing "Greeting Cards", and providing them for U.S. servicemen during World War II. During "The Cold War" various printing work was being done... suggesting that some work may have been provided for local and "Domestic Drop Operations", and was close to Fordham University. In the 1960's with his Son's developing "Psychical Abilities", he felt that it was a blessing and encouraged him in the background... when in reality, he was well aware of his potental and was flabbergasted at times when his young son "knew things" beyond the norm. In the early 1970's it was obvious that Moch was involved with intelligence when his son's psychical tester, Gloria Thomkin-Saied spoke to him in private, and was informed of what psychical potential his son could have. Though Moch stayed in the background... he continued seeing his son succeed and contribute in what would be the ASPR OOBE/Beacon experiments, or so-called "Early Remote Viewing" being researched and developed. In the mid-seventies, Looking forward to his retirement, he would become privy to a "domestic situation" and in his last assignment, following through in doing his duty. |

Showing early psychical abilities after having a near death experience (NDE) during a medical operation at age six, Moch's ability became obvious to his Father, Stanley Moch and possibly told to his uncle, Alexander Moch as well. Born in Brooklyn, and growing up in The Fordham Section of The Bronx, New York. His psychical abilities would be noticed by Psychical/Intuitive and Wiccan, Gloria Thomkin-Saied. Being a former Registered Supervisory Nurse at Pilgrim State Mental Facility, Thomkin-Saied saw Moch's developing psychical potential. In a series of psychical tests in late 1971, Moch demonstrated levels of psychical dynamics that were so significate, Thomkin-Saied felt Moch was "A Natural" and suggested that he go under more scientific lab conditions. In 1972, Moch approached The American Society for Psychical Research, and was greeted by then Research Director, Dr. Karis Osis. Wanting to be tested for his psychical abilities... Dr. Osis informed Moch that he was in the process of setting up an OOBE experiment (OOBE/Beacon), and invited him to participate. According to Dr. Osis both verbal and in documents, the result of Moch's participant was important in the research discovered... claiming that Moch was one of the 14% participants that met/beat and/or varified what was first established in an earlier OOBE/Beacon experiment set by Pioneer Remote Viewer, Ingo Douglas Swann. It was not known till years later that some of the Moch/Saied model would be applied in the later remote viewing protocol "Extended Remote Vieing" or "ERV" Protocol. For over 30years Moch would continue to contribute toward the R&D Remote Viewing, and may have been the first to test it out in the field in the mid-late 1970's. Continue to next page... |
