Herbert Hoover (1874-1964)... 31st. President of The United States, Engineer

An  American Mining Engineer. According to Early ESP/Psychical participant George Hall, when Hoover was involved at Stanford University, he was interested in ESP/ Parapsychology. He attended and participated in some of the early ESP/Astral sessions at a house on the University campus. It would later become part of The Stanford Research Institute (SRI), a later major center for the R&D in The Science of Remote Viewing in the mid 1970's. As US President, Hoover would later create the Central Office for Intelligence (COI), and appoint his former presidential campaign manager, William "Wild Bill" Donovan it's first Intelligence Director who also had mutual interests in PSI and Parapsychology.

Jack Houck... U.S. Defence Consultant, Psychical Consultant

Jack Houck... Psychical Consultant. Well known for his various studies in Parapsychology and the Psychical Sciences, Mr. Houlk is best known for his ability to teach and demonstrate a technique called psychokinesis (PK), in a mind over matter disipline to move and/or bend objects. It is known that in some Remote Viewing experiments, 'PK' and other psychical side effects were noted, resulting in the look that RV may have additional psychical  applications. Mr. Houck is also noted to have been directly and in-directly aquainted with various Civilian and Military individuals involved in R&D of Remote Viewing.
