Overlooking  2 Ports and the shorelines of 5 towns.  This  single family 2 story cape is a comfortable 90 minute drive north of Boston, about 7 miles north of Dock Square, Kennebunkport, and about 20 miles south of the Maine Mall, the Portland International Jetport and the Old Port in Portland. (see map for details).  The house sleeps 4 comfortably with one double and two twin beds located on the second floor with views of the ocean from all the bedrooms. The house includes:  Furnishings, Utilities,  House wares, Microwave, Blankets & Pillows, TV and Telephone.  Laundromats, Cleaners are located within 5 miles in town for laundry.  Cooled by ocean breezes. Heated by hot water  baseboard  oil heat.  Fires in the woodstove are not allowed. Smoking and Pets of any kind are not permitted.
