Speakers International Profile
Mr. Belding from "Saved by the Bell" on NBC-TV is now available to speak or to emcee your event. His topics especially popular among student groups or drama departments include, of course, all about Saved By The Bell, the importance of education, following your dreams, TV production, getting work in LA as an actor and, as a separate possibility, conducting an acting master class where he discusses his method of working with a brief introduction into some of the techniques used and applications to the actors' work followed by working with a few students presenting prepared work where he coaches them based on the techniques he has just discussed. In addition to his continuing film and television work, he travels frequently on behalf of major charities and is a popular participant at charity golf tournaments, ski events, and fundraisers worldwide.
Dennis has recently returned from filming "Red Water" for TBS starring Lou Diamond Phillips and airing in August on the Superstation. He recently guest starred on an episode of 7th Heaven and over the past Thanksgiving holiday visited our troops in Afghanistan, Oman, Pakistan and Khyrsgystan as part of a USO tour.
Dennis Haskins' portrayal of the beloved Mr. Belding, principal of Bayside High School, helped pave the way for "Saved by the Bell" to be NBC's #1 Saturday morning hit.
"Mr. Belding always puts the kids first, and for this, they love him," states Dennis. He was on the show for 11 seasons.
