Dear Hon. Michael L. Pesce:

       Having being through four-different attorneys ($25,000+), and also two of my July.6^th.1999 order of protection (#0-15094/99 #0-15224/99) and contents in the folder were stolen from Family Court (which was never investigated). A garnishee at $1,100 monthly which should have never happened in a short CHILDLESS marriage of a relationship which lasted 1yr.8months (Aug.1997-May.1999); which I was defrauded financially $45,000+ (indebted for $20,000+), defrauding the landlord out of $8,550. How attorney Jill M. Zuccardy claim to my attorney Dr.Truong that she spoke to the court clerk (Larry Rothbart), where in reality no conversation ever took place. How attorney Jill M. Zuccardy claims to have not known about my July 6^th 1999 order of protection against Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802, yet it is visible on three different documents. How on May 8^th 2000 Hon. Gerald P. Garson denied my attorney from questioning Venante Leconte’s ss#068-88-3802 credibility into her hearsay. Hon. Gerald P. Garson judgment on May 5/8^th.2000 of a male Caucasian and an Afro-American female married 5yrs with a child, was put to pay has minimal as possible for his child schooling; consider my relationship of CHILDLESS marriage (of 1yr-8months relationship) for my earnings to be garnishee at $1,100 monthly (18months) and divorce denied and incurred a total of $45,000+ of lost. Judgment of Jan.5^th 2000 how attorney Jill M. Zuccardy totally ignored the decree which denied her motion and continued to tell my employer that income execution was active. Thomas J. Cahill refusal to act and reprimand attorney Jill M. Zuccardy for committing this fraud which cost me over $45,000+. It is time that I have realized that I have been outwitted, out-maneuvered, and out-gunned. The law is no longer the foundation it is who you know and who can render a decree for you, and forming a click-group (the ASSOCIATION) also helps where everyone is a brethren and covers for one another. Lack of action on part of officials is an admission of guilt. The decree constructed on behalf of attorney Jill M. Zuccardy is a decree which is base on unjust law that is not rooted in eternal or natural law.

       This was well orchestrated by attorney Jill M. Zuccardy with the help of Hon.Gerald P. Garson where every attorney would take a "DIVE" and collect their service fees $3,500-$6,000. Although my attorney Dr.Truong had tried to stop this abuse, but it was already fixed where every court appearance and every court judgment would go in favor of attorney Jill M. Zuccardy and Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802. This was the same reason why my divorce was denied, and I was forced to get it elsewhere. As if Venante Leconte hearsay which unable to substantiate was the reason to deny my divorce. Again why did Hon. Gerald P. Garson denied my attorney Dr.Truong from cross-examining Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 during the divorce trial??.

       As I have mentioned on prior correspondence, my attorneys' upon seeking their legal representation, stated "this was an easy case SHORT MARRIAGE, CHILDLESS MARRIAGE, NO PROPERTY and worked prior to marriage"; upon speaking to attorney Jill M. Zuccardy it appeared as if everyone was in on the "TAKE" and three of my attorneys took a "DIVE". Judgment where either Venante Leconte’s way or no way. Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 who holds a work-permit and worked prior to the marriage, holds an expired visa, NO GREEN-CARD, I was setup to be her pawn. Having witness this my attorney Dr.Truong asked to be removed as my counselor because he did not want to be a associated to such abuse and corruption. As I have been constantly reminded by Administrative Judge Hon. Michael L. Pesce’s office I should go to the appellate court; it is not a matter of appellate court, these individuals have violated my civil rights and constitutional rights and stole from me, point blank.

       As I have exhausted every avenue and channel I do not wish to pursue any court date or presiding involving Hon.Gerald P. Garson, attorney Jill M. Zuccardy and Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 in the same room. Going through this divorce where it appears individuals have blinders it’s either Venante Leconte’s ss#068-88-3802 way or no way. Having been tormented in my sleep every night since this divorce started rendering me restless and tired. Also having seen on the block I live the black-plastic bags in the morning, sort of ceremonial offering the night before every court appearance placed in the middle of the road by an individual where my blocks forms a crossroad. As on every court appearance Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 leaves the room upon entry of the judge and re-enters within 3-7 minutes. Having been placed in "tar" and judge appears to have blinders where every judgment and every court appearance only and solemnly for Venante Leconte’s ss#068-88-3802, not based on the law but based on attorney Jill M. Zuccardy rehearsed hearsay with Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802. For my own health and safety reason I do not wish to pursue this matter in the Kings County Supreme Court Matrimonial for February 21^st 2001.

       As you have mentioned in your May 16^th 2000 letter that I should try the appellate process. Now that the barrel has ran dry I will be needing legal-assistance and also public housing. Although in your letter it was stated I was to be awarded attorney fees, I am yet to receive such. Since July.1999---May.2000 every court appearance, every court judgment was always in favor of Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 as if I did not have to be present it was already predetermined. Attorney Jill M. Zuccardy and Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 Affirmation and Affidavid (Nov.1999) claiming that garnishee was needed for fear that Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 would be destitute and was needed for rent; the landlord never received what amounted to $8,550 of fraud. Which now I am being sued for. Since attorney Jill M. Zuccardy had gotten Hon.Gerald P. Garson to overstay final decision of Kings County Housing Court, although Venante Leconte had already agreed on Oct.1999 to vacate apartment. The landlord unable to evict Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 and unable to get paid. The lease was under my name, attorney Jill M. Zuccardy purposely had gotten Hon.Gerald P. Garson to overstay Kings County Housing Court and to continue garnishee ($1,100 monthly) because legally the landlord can only sue me and it was to have Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 who holds a work-permit, expired visa, and NO-GREEN CARD to financially profit from my earnings which now reached 18months at $1,100 monthly of garnishee in a 1yr.8months marriage. As one of my counselor’s stated: "son, you are wasting your time, in front of attorney Jill M. Zuccardy, Hon. Gerald P. Garson and Venante Leconte, you will never win a court appearance." I understood what was said without pointing and accusing anyone directly."

       As you are aware, the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI and other agencies are aware of my divorce, that I did obtain my divorce from Venante Leconte’ ss#068-88-3802 home country in July.2000 which she is a citizen of. The consulate office contacted Venante Leconte’ ss#068-88-3802 at her last known address through phone calls and mail, advising her that a mandate was sent to her, but she fail to respond and did not appear for court appearance in her home country. The US Consulate General Roger J. Daley, affirms the signature and judgment to be that of the high court from Venante Leconte home country. Attorney Jill M. Zuccardy tries to claim that it was a unilateral divorce; Venante Leconte’s failure not to be present in court was due to her illegal status, with an expired visa, NO-GREEN CARD, defrauded me financially $45,000, defrauding the landlord out of $8,550 and compromising U.S. Immigration law with the help of attorney Jill M. Zuccardy which was the real reason for the "no show" by Venante Leconte.
