I am divorce from Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802, I was forced to get my divorce elsewhere. A divorce which Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 refused to appear in court due to her illegal status. A mandate was sent to Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 by the consulate office and was phoned at last known telephone number. Attorney Jill M. Zuccardy and Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 are pursuing something, which they do not even know the outcome! A divorce which started in July.1999-June.2000; until I lost my job in early 2001, of a CHILDLESS MARRIAGE, let them pursue for the outcome will be their rewards. As attorney Jill M. Zuccardy and others stole my order-of-protection (#0-15094/99 #0-15224/99) from Kings County Family Court, ignored decree of Jan 5th 2000 and told my employer ignore anything I had to say. In November.1999 Kings County Family Court had dismissed Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 petition in a CHILDLESS MARRIAGE/NO CHILDREN seeking money where only the relationship only lasted 1yr8months as frivolous/no merit. Zuccardy claiming garnishee ( #24386/99 ) was needed for rent and had Justice Gerald P. Garson sign decree; $8,910 ($950*9) of which was never paid to the landlord, now I am being sued for. After a garnishee of $1,100 unable to pay my rent or utilities I was left barely paying rent and eating one meal a day. Having passed 5-attorneys, and in debt for over $20,000+; a garnishee from a 1yr-8months marriage which Venante Leconte and others profited out of $19,800(18months garnishee). I ask from a 1yr-8months (August.1997-March.1999) CHILDLESS MARRIAGE (No Child involved), where there is NO PROPERTY to haggle over: what did Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 contribute to the relationship which lasted 1yr8months? attorney Jill M. Zuccardy acted as if I was married for 20yrs and a child was involved and the wife labored over me daily.        On one court appearance how Justice Milton Platt just signed a document handed to him by attorney Jill M. Zuccardy. My attorney prompted with the question, "how can you sign something without even reading it"; then appeared somewhat embarrass/uneasy, Justice Milton Platt claimed he knew the nature of the document. As for Justice Gerald P. Garson signing any document attorney Jill M. Zuccardy brought to him. If there's ever an investigation into civil rights violation, I can assure you presiding by Justice Gerald P. Garson of May 5th/8th 2000 would be questionable. How a caucasian individual married to his Afro-American wife for 5 years with one child; HOW THE JUDGE and his staff made certain that this woman could not put her child in private school. Their answers were "since you have no money you cannot put your child in private school, sorry you will have to put her in public school". This lady represented herself but she was married for 5yrs and with a child. I would assure you that apparently the opposing attorney knew Justice Gerald P. Garson. If this were a caucasian female Justice Gerald P. Garson would be more accommodating. Yet me in a marriage duration of only 1yr-8months my earnings were garnishee at $1,100 which lasted for 18 months($19,800) until I lost my job where before the marriage Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 worked. Justice Gerald P. Garson refused my attorney from questioning Venante Leconte hearsay during trial; afraid of uncovering attorney Jill M. Zuccardy's fraud. My attorney had advised me "son in front of attorney Jill M.
