Dear Hon. Michael L. Pesce:
Lately it appears that attorney Jill M. Zuccardy, and those who concealed and made the violation of my civil and constitutional rights possible are up to a new tricks. From my prior correspondence I had advised my 5th attorney Leslie Kohn and yourself that: "having been tormented in my sleep every night since this divorce started rendering me restless and tired; for my own health and safety reason I do not wish to pursue this matter in the Kings County Supreme Court Matrimonial and yet attorney Leslie Kohn and probably others have took the liberty of scheduling a May.2001 court date, please advise attorney Jill M. Zuccardy that she has won. As all judgment was rendered for attorney Jill M. Zuccardy as if my other attorneys or myself were never in court, they can continue to do so. The law is no longer the foundation-structure-basis it is who you know and who can render a decree for you. As one of my counselor’s stated: "son, you are wasting your time, in front of attorney Jill M. Zuccardy, Hon. Gerald P. Garson and Venante Leconte, you will never win a court appearance." I understood what was said without pointing and accusing anyone directly."
I ask those who violated my rights: "were we not the same individuals every morning in the 7th grade, we may have lived in different states, in different cities, in different towns but we stood up and said "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all". During the 10th grade looking at the seniors rehearse graduation, we may have lived in different states, in different cities, in different towns, but the seniors too pledge: "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all", "I { } pledge to explore and take into account the social and environmental consequences of any job I consider and will try to improve these aspects of any organisations for which I work. ". Or has this become nursery rhymes. Now that some individuals have completed their LSAT, pass the BAR-exam, believe they have the right to violate someone’s right because they are of a different race, religion, and economic status.
I hope those individuals who made this possible when they see a homeless person on the street, they should not laugh and walk by. They should ask themselves did the system fail to protect the individual –or– was it one of those judgment by their colleagues which have placed this individual homeless: 1) because his race was different, 2) because his religion was different, 3) because the individual earned couple thousands of dollars more than some.
Those individuals who violated my rights have been spared, by lack of investigation, by attorney Jill M. Zuccardy not communicating properly her client motive to the judge all paper work were signed seemingly. Having realised attorney Jill M. Zuccardy intent and connections to use me as Venante Leconte's ss#068-88-3802 pawn, I was forced to get my divorce elsewhere.
A divorce which Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 refused to appear due to her illegal status. In a short CHILDLESS marriage, NO PROPERTY of a relationship which lasted 1yr.8months (Aug.1997-May.1999) where "Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 worked prior to marriage in which my documents disappeared (#0-15094/99 #0-15224/99), but yet in court appearance document of attorney Jill M. Zuccardy client which was two-weeks later just-happen/conveniently to be in its folder intact. How attorney Jill M. Zuccardy claim to my attorney Dr.Truong that she spoke to the court clerk (Larry Rothbart), where in reality no conversation ever took place. How attorney Jill M. Zuccardy claims to have not known about my July 6th 1999 order of protection against Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802, yet it is visible on three different documents. attorney Jill M. Zuccardy and Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 Affirmation and Affidavid (Nov.1999) claiming that garnishee was needed for fear that Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 would be destitute and was needed for rent; the landlord never received what amounted to $8,550 of fraud. How on May 8th 2000 Hon. Gerald P. Garson denied my attorney from questioning Venante Leconte’s ss#068-88-3802 credibility into her hearsay. Hon. Gerald P. Garson judgment on May 5th /8th.2000 of a male Caucasian and an Afro-American female married 5yrs with a child, was put to pay has minimal as possible for his child schooling; consider my relationship of CHILDLESS marriage (of 1yr-8months relationship) for my earnings to be garnishee at $1,100 monthly (18months) and divorce denied and incurred a total of $45,000+ of lost. Judgment of Jan.5th 2000 how attorney Jill M. Zuccardy totally ignored the decree, which denied her motion and continued to tell my employer that income execution, was active. Thomas J. Cahill refusal to act and reprimand attorney Jill M. Zuccardy for committing this fraud which cost me over $45,000+.Having being represented by four attorneys of a short CHILDLESS marriage, NO PROPERTY of a relationship which lasted 1yr.8months (Aug.1997-May.1999) where "Venante Leconte ss#068-88-3802 worked prior to marriage, $45,000 fraud, $20,000 in debt, a garnishee at $1,100 monthly which lasted 18months, $8,550 which landlord is suing me. Please advise attorney Jill M. Zuccardy she has won, may she continue to win every case/every judgment in the same manner flawlessly.
